Golf club parts – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1320 of universal golf club shaft and golf club head connection adaptors, certain components thereof, and products containing the same (complainant Club-Conex LLC; respondent located in China)
Smart thermostats – termination without import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1258 of smart thermostat systems, smart HVAC systems, smart HVAC control systems, and components thereof following finding of no Section 337 violation
