Audio players – termination without import restrictions of investigation 337-TA-1329 of audio players and components thereof following of no Section 337 violation

Cellular devices – new IPR infringement complaint filed on mobile cellular communications devices (complainant Pantech Corporation; proposed respondents located in China, Hong Kong, Finland, and the U.S.)

Cochlear implants – termination without import restrictions of investigation 337-TA-1418 of cochlear implant systems and components thereof based on a settlement

Synthetic hair – new IPR infringement complaint filed on pre-stretched synthetic braiding hair and packaging therefor (complainant JBS Hair Inc.; proposed respondents located in the U.S.)
