Child carriers – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1514 of adjustable child carriers and components thereof (complainant The Ergo Baby Carrier Inc.; respondents located in China, the Netherlands, and the U.S.)
Skin care devices – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1515 of dermatological treatment devices and components thereof (complainant Serendia LLC; respondents located in Israel, the United Kingdom, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Cyprus, and the U.S.)
Transformers – new IPR infringement complaint filed on transformers and components thereof (complainant Ayr Energy Inc.; proposed respondents located in India and the U.S.)
