The Drug Enforcement Administration is accepting comments through Aug. 25 on a proposed rule that would permanently place the following substances (including their salts, isomers, and salts of isomers) in schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act.
- clonazolam
- diclazepam
- etizolam
- flualprazolam
- flubromazolam
This rule would permanently impose the regulatory controls and administrative, civil, and criminal sanctions applicable to schedule I substances on the importation, exportation, manufacture, distribution, possession, research, conduct of instructional activities, and chemical analysis of these substances.
