- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding cylindrical lithium-ion battery cells and lithium iron phosphate pouch-type batteries) at the LG Energy Solution Arizona Inc. facility within FTZ 75 in Queen Creek Ariz.

- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding lithium-ion battery cells) at the AESC US LLC facility within FTZ 78 in Smyrna, Tenn.

- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding steel products) at the Unimacts Company facility within FTZ 265 in Conroe, Texas

- authorized production under zone procedures (regarding pharmaceutical products for research and development) at the Merck Sharp & Dohme LLC facility within FTZ 49 in Rahway, N.J.

- approved the establishment of subzone 21L at the AESC Florence LLC facility in Florence, S.C.
