- authorized production under zone procedures (regarding radio frequency communication device testers) at the Flextronics America LLC facility within FTZ 183 in Austin, Texas

- declined to authorize production under zone procedures (regarding solar panels) at the Trina Solar facility within FTZ 39 in Wilmer, Texas
