- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding non-steroidal anti-androgen tablets) at the Catalent Pharma Solutions LLC facility within FTZ 29 in Winchester, Ky.

- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding expansion joints and clamshell bellows) at the Senior Operation LLC facility within FTZ 80 in New Braunfels, Texas

- approved the expansion of subzone 98D to include the Hyster-Yale Group Inc. facility in Sulligent, Ala.

- approved the reorganization and expansion of FTZ 96 to include a service area of Maverick County, Texas
