- decided not to authorize production under zone procedures (regarding renewable fuels and byproducts) at the Phillips 66 Company facility within FTZ 3 in Rodeo, Calif.

- authorized production under zone procedures (regarding semiconductor products) at the Intel Corporation facility within FTZ 138 in New Albany, Ohio

- authorized production under zone procedures (regarding construction and earth-moving machines) at the Caterpillar Inc. facility within FTZ 155 in Victoria, Texas
