- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding peptides) at the PolyPeptide Laboratories Inc. facility within FTZ 202 in Torrance, Calif.

- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding pharmaceutical products) at the Pfizer Inc. facilities within FTZ 43 in Kalamazoo and Portage, Mich.

- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding high-purity gases for semiconductor manufacturing) at the Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. facility within FTZ 93 in Research Triangle Park, N.C.

- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding surface coatings and application equipment) at the Oerlikon Metco (US) Inc. facility within FTZ 37 in Westbury, N.Y.
