Food and Drug Administration

- export notification and recordkeeping requirements (extension; respondents are exporters that have notified the FDA of their intent to export unapproved products that may not be sold or offered for sale in the U.S.

- foreign supplier verification programs for importers of food for humans and animals (extension)

- requirements for the submission of data needed to calculate user fees for importers and domestic manufacturers of tobacco products (extension)

U.S. Customs and Border Protection

- CBP form 28, request for information (extension without change)

- CBP form 7523, entry and manifest of merchandise free of duty, carrier’s certificate and release (extension)

- CBP forms 349 and 350, Harbor Maintenance Fee (extension without change)

- CBP forms 3124, application for customs brokers license and 3124E, application for customs broker license exam (extension)

- Section 321 e-commerce data (revision; CBP says this is associated with the extension of its Section 321 pilot program, which is currently slated to run through August)
