The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

End blocks – net subsidy rate of 3.51 percent in final results of administrative review of CVD order on forged steel fluid end blocks from Germany for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023

New reviews – initiation of administrative reviews of the following AD/CVD orders for the periods June 1, 2024, through May 31, 2025 (AD) or Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2024 (CVD), unless otherwise noted

- boltless steel shelving units prepackaged for sale from Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam (AD; Nov. 29, 2023, through May 31, 2025)

- brass rod from Brazil, India, Korea, Mexico, and South Africa (AD; Dec. 1, 2023, through May 31, 2025) and Korea (CVD; Sept. 29, 2023, through Dec. 31, 2024)

- chlorinated isocyanurates from China and Spain (AD)

- cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel from Germany, India, Italy, and Switzerland (AD)

- common alloy aluminum sheet from Türkiye (AD; April 1, 2024, through March 31, 2025)

- finished carbon steel flanges from Spain (AD)

- glycine from India (AD/CVD) and Japan (AD)

- non-refillable steel cylinders from India (AD, Dec. 1, 2023, through May 31, 2025; and CVD, Set. 29, 2023, through Dec. 31, 2024)

- pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand from Malaysia, Spain, and Ukraine (AD)

- quartz surface products from India (AD) and Türkiye (AD/CVD)

- raw honey from Argentina, Brazil, India, and Vietnam (AD)

- tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished or unfinished, from China (AD)

Pipe and tube – dumping margins of 7.77 to 14.03 percent in final results of administrative review of AD order on heavy-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Mexico for the period Sept. 1, 2022, through Aug. 31, 2023

Rail couplers – institution of AD/CVD injury investigations of freight rail couplers and parts thereof from Czech Republic and India

Scope applications – applications submitted in June for rulings on whether specific products are covered by the scope of the following AD/CVD orders

- aluminum lithographic printing plants from Japan

- stainless steel flanges from India

- walk-behind lawn mowers and parts thereof from China
