Cranes – issuance of AD order on lattice boom crawler cranes from Japan, effective July 23, with dumping margins of 12.36 to 20.0 percent
Crepe paper – continuation of AD order on crepe paper products from China, effective July 14
Fatty acids – preliminary affirmative CVD determinations on fatty acids from Indonesia and Malaysia and new CVD cash deposit requirements at rates of 16.47 and 16.48 percent for Indonesia and 4.19 to 4.4 percent for Malaysia
L-lysine – final affirmative AD and CVD determinations on L-lysine from China, with dumping margins of 73.55 and 139.89 percent and net subsidy rates of 48.21 and 82.11 percent
Pasta – net subsidy rates of 3.21 and 3.32 percent in final results of administrative review of CVD order on pasta from Italy for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023
