The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Aluminum oxide – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on refined brown aluminum oxide from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time; the order will therefore be continued
Steel pipes – dumping margin of zero in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on heavy-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Korea for the period Sept. 1, 2022, through Aug. 31, 2023
Steel racks – dumping margin of 11.18 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel racks and parts thereof from China for the period Sept. 1, 2022, through Aug. 31, 2023
Sugar – sunset review determination that termination of suspended AD and CVD investigations of sugar from Mexico would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 42.14 percent and countervailable subsidies at rates of 4.78 to 43.93 percent
Uncoated paper – dumping margin of 14.42 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on uncoated paper from Brazil for the period March 1, 2023, through Feb. 29, 2024
