Background

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Aluminum foil – net subsidy rates of 1.1 and 1.46 percent in final results of administrative review of CVD order on aluminum foil from Türkiye for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022

Float glass – (1) preliminary affirmative AD determinations on float glass products from China and Malaysia, (2) new cash deposit requirements at rates of 8.55 to 846.42 percent for both countries, and (3) preliminary affirmative critical circumstances determinations in part for both countries

L-lysine – preliminary affirmative AD/CVD injury determinations on l-lysine from China

Tomatoes – termination of suspension agreement and issuance of AD order on fresh tomatoes from Mexico, effective July 14, with dumping margins of 2.81 to 273.43 percent

Torsion springs – preliminary affirmative determination that critical circumstances exist, in part, with respect to imports of overhead door counterbalance torsion springs from certain producers and exporters from China
