Background

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. For more information on AD/CVD issues, including how to mitigate liability, please contact STR.

Aluminum foil – net subsidy rates of 21.62 and 149.69 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CVD order on aluminum foil from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2024

Citric acid – dumping margin of zero in preliminary results of administrative review of AD order on citric acid and certain citrate salts from Thailand for the period July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025

Ether glycol – preliminary affirmative AD injury determinations on polytetramethylene ether glycol from China, South Korea, Taiwan, and Vietnam

Mobile access equipment – dumping margin of 35.79 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD order on mobile access equipment and subassemblies thereof from China for the period April 1, 2024, through March 31, 2025

Tires – continuation of AD and CVD orders on passenger vehicle and light truck tires from China, effective July 7
