Cold-rolled steel – net subsidy rates of 0.51 to 9.18 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on cold-rolled steel flat products from Korea for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2018
PET resin – sunset review determination that revocation of CV duty orders on polyethylene terephthalate resin from China and India would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at rates of 7.53 to 47.56 percent for China and 5.12 and 153.8 percent for India
Ribbons – net subsidy rate of 42.2 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on narrow woven ribbons with woven selvedge from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2018
Rubber – initiation of AD duty investigations of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber from France, Korea, and Mexico, with estimated dumping margins of 41.73 percent for France, 105.38 percent for Korea, and 92.7 percent for Mexico
Wind towers – final affirmative CV injury determination on utility-scale wind towers from Malaysia and final affirmative AD injury determination on utility-scale wind towers from Spain
