Line pipe –continuation of AD/CV duty orders on welded line pipe from Korea and Turkey

Rectangular pipes and tubes – (1) dumping margins of 7.89 and 11.0 percent in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on heavy-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Korea for the period March 1, 2016, through Aug. 31, 2017, and (2) dumping margin of zero in final results of administrative review of this AD duty order for the period Sept. 1, 2018, through Aug. 31, 2019

Standard pipe – (1) final affirmative dumping determinations on seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from Russia, South Korea, and Ukraine, with dumping margins of 209.72 percent for Russia, 4.44 percent for South Korea, and 23.75 percent for Ukraine, and (2) final affirmative CV determination on such pipe from South Korea and Russia, with net subsidy rates of 1.78 percent for South Korea and 48.38 percent for Russia

Steel plate – (1) continuation of AD duty order on cut-to-length carbon steel plate from China and suspended AD investigations of CTL plate from Russia and Ukraine, effective July 1, and (2) net subsidy rates of 0.28 to 0.5 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on CTL plate from South Korea for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019

Sunset reviews – initiation of sunset reviews of the following AD duty orders, which will result in either the continuation or revocation of these orders

- carbon steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Brazil, China, Japan, Taiwan, and Thailand

- hydrofluorocarbon blends and components thereof from China

- porcelain-on-steel cooking ware from China

- stainless steel wire rod from Japan, Korea, and Taiwan
