The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Low-speed vehicles – initiation of AD and CV duty investigations of low-speed personal transportation vehicles from China

Lumber – preliminary determination that TRAPA Forest Products Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Trans-Pacific Trading Ltd. in the context of the AD duty order on softwood lumber products from Canada

Nails – dumping margins of 26.28 and 78.17 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel nails from Taiwan for the period July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023

Rescission of reviews – rescission of administrative reviews of the following AD/CV duty orders based on the timely withdrawal of all review requests and instruction to CBP to assess AD/CV duties on entries of subject goods at the applicable cash deposit rates

 

- cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel from India (CV) for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023

- common alloy aluminum sheet from Brazil, China Croatia, Egypt, Germany, Indonesia, Romania, Serbia, and Slovenia (AD) for the period April 1, 2023, through March 31, 2024

- ferrovanadium from South Africa (AD) for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023

- forged steel fluid end blocks from India (CV) for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023

- large residential washers from Mexico (AD) for the period Feb. 1, 2023, through Jan. 31, 2024

- lemon juice from Brazil and South Africa (AD) for the period Aug. 4, 2022, through Jan. 31, 2024

- multilayered wood flooring from China (AD) for the period Dec. 1, 2022, through Nov. 30, 2023

- narrow woven ribbons with woven selvedge from China (AD) for the period Sept. 1, 2022, through Aug. 31, 2023

- potassium permanganate from China (AD) for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023

- pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand from Thailand (AD) for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023

- stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Malaysia (AD) for the period Feb. 1, 2023, through Jan. 31, 2024

- truck and bus tires from China (CV) for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023

Steel pipe – dumping margins of 0.9 to 1.0 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from the United Arab Emirates for the period Dec. 1, 2021, through Nov. 30, 2022
