Glycine – dumping margin of 0.99 percent for one producer/exporter in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on glycine from Japan for the period June 1, 2022, through May 31, 2023

Mechanical tubing – dumping margin of 2.64 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel from India for the period June 1, 2022, through May 31, 2023

Pea protein – final affirmative CV duty determination, net subsidy (and CV cash deposit) rates of 15.15 to 355.89 percent, and final affirmative determination of critical circumstances

Solar cells – dumping margin of zero in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China for the period Dec. 1, 2021, through Nov. 30, 2022
