The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Citric acid – dumping margin of zero for one producer/exporter in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on citric acid and certain citrate salts from Belgium for the period July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023

Refrigerators – preliminary affirmative AD injury determination on large top-mount combination refrigerator-freezers from Thailand

Shopping bags – clarification that subject goods produced and exported by Aeroplast Packaging Solution Private Ltd., Aero Plast Limited, and Aero Business Solutions Private Limited are excluded from the AD duty order on paper shopping bags from India

Vanillin – preliminary affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on vanillin from China

Washers – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on large residential washers from Mexico would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 72.41 percent
