The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Citric acid – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on citric acid and certain citrate salts from Belgium, Colombia, and Thailand would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
Mattresses – (1) final affirmative dumping determinations on mattresses from India, Kosovo, Mexico, and Spain, with dumping margins of 13.35 and 42.76 percent for India, 63.66 and 344.7 percent for Kosovo, 37.59 and 61.97 percent for Mexico, and 4.61 and 280.28 percent for Spain, and (2) final negative CV duty determination on mattresses from Indonesia
Melamine – (1) preliminary affirmative CV duty determinations on melamine from Germany, India, Qatar, and Trinidad and Tobago, with new CV cash deposit requirements at rates of 29.72 percent for Germany. 17.09 percent for India, 40.49 percent for Qatar, and 5.13 percent for Trinidad and Tobago, (2) preliminary affirmative critical circumstances determination with respect to India, and (3) preliminary negative critical circumstances determination with respect to Qatar
Olives – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on ripe olives from Spain would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
Paper bags – issuance of AD duty orders on paper shopping bags from Cambodia, China, Colombia, India, Malaysia, Portugal, Taiwan, and Vietnam and CV duty orders on such bags from China and India, effective July 18
