Brightening agents – reinstatement of AD duty orders on stilbenic optical brightening agents from China and Taiwan, effective June 7, following Court of International Trade ruling that the ITA cannot lawfully revoke these orders solely due to a domestic interested party’s untimely filing of a notice of intent to participate in a sunset review
Ferrosilicon – preliminary affirmative AD and CV duty determinations on ferrosilicon from Russia, with dumping margin of 283.27 percent and net subsidy rate of 748.58 percent
Lumber – initiation of changed circumstances review of CV duty order on softwood lumber from Canada to determine whether Interfor Sales & Marketing Ltd. is cross-owned with EACOM Timber Corporation, Chaleur Forest Products Inc., and Chaleur Forest Products LP
Steel plate – dumping margin of 15.63 percent for one exporter/producer in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from Italy for the period May 1, 2022, through April 30, 2023
Xanthan gum – determination of reasonable suspicion that an importer evaded the AD duty order on xanthan gum from China by transshipping it through India and imposition of interim measures, including suspending entries of such goods entered on or after March 12
