Background

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Aluminum containers – preliminary affirmative AD injury determination on disposable aluminum containers, pans, trays, and lids from China

Citric acid – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on citric acid and certain citrate salts from Belgium, Colombia, and Thailand would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time

HFC blends – preliminary determination that imports of R-410B from Mexico that are allegedly completed in Mexico using components originating in China and further processed in the U.S. are not circumventing the AD duty order on hydrofluorocarbon blends from China

Mattresses – final affirmative AD injury determinations on mattresses from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Burma, Italy, the Philippines, Poland, Slovenia, and Taiwan

Shrimp – final determination that Varma Marine Private Limited is the successor-in-interest to Varma Marine for purposes of the AD duty order on frozen warmwater shrimp from India
