Wearable devices – in investigation 337-TA-1266 of wearable electronic devices with ECG functionality and components thereof, issuance of limited exclusion order and cease and desist order along with suspension of enforcement of these orders pending final resolution of a proceeding before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
