Container openers – Jan. 20 deadline for comments on public interest issues raised by recommendation to issue a general exclusion order in investigation 337-TA-1255 of apparatus and methods of opening containers

Fiber optic equipment – institution of formal enforcement proceeding in investigation 337-TA-1194 of high-density fiber optic equipment and components thereof to determine whether one respondent has violated the general exclusion order and cease and desist order previously issued

Integrated circuits – new IPR infringement complaint filed on integrated circuit products and devices containing the same (complainant Future Link Systems LLC; proposed respondents located in Cayman Islands, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and the U.S.)

Water filters – new IPR infringement complaint filed on high-performance gravity-fed water filters and products containing same (complainant Brita LP; proposed respondents located in China, Germany, and the U.S.)
