Cable assemblies – new IPR infringement complaint filed on photovoltaic trunk bus cable assemblies and components thereof (complainant Shoals Technologies Groups LLC; proposed respondents located in China and the U.S.)

Connectors – termination without import restrictions of investigation 337-TA-1365 of photovoltaic connectors and components thereof following finding of no Section 337 violation

Resins – new IPR infringement complaint filed on polyvinylidene fluoride resins (complainants Syensqo SA, Solvay Specialty Polymers USA LLC, and Solvay Specialty Polymers Italy S.P.A.; proposed respondents located in China)

Splash guards – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1430 of urine splash guards and components thereof (complainant For Kids By Parents Inc.; respondents located in China)
