Base stations – new IPR infringement complaint filed on cellular base station communication equipment, components thereof, and products containing same (complainant Apple Inc.; proposed respondents located in Sweden and the U.S.)
Eyelash extensions – initial finding of no violation in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1226 of artificial eyelash extension systems, products, and components thereof
Generators – in investigation 337-TA-1218, issuance of (1) limited exclusion order prohibiting the importation of variable speed wind turbine generators and components thereof that are covered by one or more patent claims asserted by complainants Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy Inc., Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy A/S, and Games Electric S.A.U., and (2) cease and desist order prohibiting the respondent from further importing, selling, and distributing those products in the U.S.
Order systems – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1293 of automated put walls and automated storage and retrieval systems, associated vehicles, associated control software, and component parts thereof (complainant OPEX Corporation; respondents located in China and the U.S.)
