Aligners – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1471 of clear aligners and components thereof (complainant Align Technology Inc.; respondents located in China and the U.S.)

Bike trainers – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1475 of bicycle trainers and components thereof (complainant Wahoo Fitness LLC; respondent located in Australia)

DRAMs – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1472 of dynamic random access memory devices, products containing same, and components thereof (complainant Netlist Inc.; respondents located in Korea and the U.S.)

Processed slabs – new IPR infringement complaint filed on processed slabs and methods for making same (complainant Cambria Company LLC; proposed respondents located in Israel, Korea, and the U.S.)
