Air conditioners – initial determination of Section 337 violation in investigation 337-TA-1346 of marine air conditioning systems, components thereof, and products containing same and recommendation to issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders

Eyewear – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1383 of electronic eyewear products and components thereof (complainant Ingeniospec; respondents located in China, Japan, Israel, Taiwan, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, Italy, and the U.S.)

Optical networks – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1384 of passive optical network equipment (complainant Optimum Communications Services Inc.; respondents located in China)

Search systems – new IPR infringement complaint filed on computing devices utilizing indexed search systems and components thereof (complainant XI Discovery Inc.; proposed respondents located in Taiwan, China, and the U.S.)
