- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding renewable fuels) at the Par Hawaii Refining LLC facility within FTZ 9 in Kapolei, Hawaii (comments due by Feb. 6)

- received an application to expand subzone 40I to include an additional site in Medina County, Ohio (comments due by Feb. 13)

- approved the establishment of subzone 207E at the voestalpine High Performance Metals LLC facility in South Boston, Va.
