- authorized production under zone procedures (regarding pharmaceutical products) at the Patheon Pharmaceuticals Inc. facility within FTZ 46 in Cincinnati, Ohio

- authorized production under zone procedures (regarding inkjet ink cartridges and bottles) at the Epson Portland Inc. facility within FTZ 45 in Hillsboro, Ore.

- authorized production under zone procedures (regarding dual fuel cell modules) at the Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky Inc. facility within FTZ 29 in Georgetown, Ky.

- received an application on behalf of Port Arthur LNG LLC to expand subzone 116F to include a new site in Port Arthur, Texas

- received an application to reorganize and expand FTZ 96 to include all of Maverick County, Texas
