- received an application to expand subzone 18F at the Lam Research Corporation facility in Stockton, Calif. (comments due by Feb. 22)

- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding drugs) for the MannKind Corporation facilities within FTZ 76 in Danbury, Conn. (comments due by Feb. 22)

- received an application to expand the service area of FTZ 29 to include Christian, Todd, Logan, Simpson, Warren, Allen, and Barren counties in Kentucky (comments due by March 14)

- received an application to establish an FTZ in Socorro, Texas (comments due by April 4)

- received an application to expand the service area of FTZ 84 to include Waller County, Texas (comments due by March 20)

- approved the establishment of subzone 222C at the Jo-Ann Stores LLC facility in Opelika, Ala.

- authorized production under zone procedures (regarding agricultural and construction equipment) at the Great Plains Manufacturing Inc. facilities within FTZ 161 in Abilene, Assaria, Ellsworth, Enterprise, Kipp, Lucas, Salina, and Tipton, Kan.
