The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. For more information on AD/CVD issues, including how to mitigate liability, please contact ST&R.

Mobile equipment – dumping margins of 37.2 and 56.5 percent in amended final affirmative AD determination on mobile access equipment from China

Plastic boxes – preliminary affirmative AD determination on polypropylene corrugated boxes from Vietnam, new AD cash deposit requirement on such goods at rates of 94.41 and 130.58 percent, and preliminary affirmative determination of critical circumstances in part

Torsion springs – final affirmative AD/CVD determinations on overhead door counterbalance torsion springs from India, with dumping margins of 86.45 and 126.14 percent and net subsidy rate of 172.08 percent, and final affirmative critical circumstances determinations in both investigations

Tubular goods – initiation of inquiry to determine whether oil country tubular goods produced by one company in Thailand out of steel billets from China are subject to the AD/CVD orders on OCTG from China

Violet pigment – net subsidy rates of 3.28 to 5.51 percent in final results of administrative review of CVD order on carbazole violet pigment-23 from India for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022
