Mobile access equipment – net subsidy rate of 33.1 percent in amended final results of administrative review of CVD order on mobile access equipment and subassemblies thereof from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022

Rebar – net subsidy rate of 1.84 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CVD order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Türkiye for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023

Scope rulings – list of rulings made from July 1 through Sept. 30, 2025, on the scope of the following AD/CVD orders

- aluminum extrusions from China (AD/CVD)

- fresh garlic from China (AD)

- large-diameter welded pipe from India (AD/CVD)

- mattresses from China and Mexico (AD)

- truck and bus tires from Thailand (AD)

- wooden cabinets and vanities and components thereof from China (AD/CV)

Slag pots – issuance of AD and CVD orders on slag pots from China, effective Jan. 26

Van-type trailers – initiation of AD and CVD investigations of van-type trailers and subassemblies thereof from Canada, China, and Mexico
