Chromium trioxide – preliminary affirmative AD injury determinations on chromium trioxide from India and Türkiye and preliminary affirmative CVD injury determination on chromium trioxide from India
Molded fiber products – final affirmative AD/CVD injury determinations on thermoformed molded fiber products from China and Vietnam
Monomers – preliminary affirmative AD determination on monomers and oligomers from Korea, new AD cash deposit requirement at rates of 10.94 to 188.01 percent, and preliminary affirmative critical circumstances determination
Scope rulings – applications filed in September or October for rulings on the scope of the following AD/CVD orders
- aluminum extrusions from China (AD/CVD)
- cased pencils from China (AD)
- hardwood plywood from China (AD/CVD)
Strawberries – institution of AD injury investigation of winter strawberries from Mexico
