The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Corrosion-resistant steel – net subsidy rates of 0.47 and 10.51 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on corrosion-resistant steel products from Korea for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019

Glycine – net subsidy rates of 3.92 to 11.81 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on glycine from India for the period Sept. 4, 2018, through Dec. 31, 2019

Nails – dumping margin of 3.22 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel nails from Korea for the period July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020

Pipe fittings – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on carbon steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Brazil, China, Japan, Taiwan, and Thailand would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time

Sodium nitrite – institution and scheduling of preliminary phase of AD/CV injury investigations of sodium nitrite from India and Russia, with video conference scheduled for Feb. 3 and preliminary determination due by Feb. 28
