The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Hot-rolled steel – sunset review determinations that (1) revocation of AD duty orders on hot-rolled steel flat products from Australia, Brazil, Japan, Korea, the Netherlands, Turkey, and the United Kingdom would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 29.58 percent for Australia, 34.28 percent for Brazil, 11.7 percent for Japan, 11.1 percent for Korea, 3.73 percent for the Netherlands, 24.32 percent for Turkey, and 33.06 percent for the UK, and (2) revocation of CV duty orders on such products from Brazil and Korea would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at levels of 11.09 to 11.3 percent for Brazil and 3.89 to 41.64 percent for Korea

Kegs – dumping margin of zero in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on refillable stainless steel kegs from China for the period Dec. 13, 2019, through Nov. 30, 2020

Nails – institution and scheduling of preliminary phase of AD injury investigations of steel nails from India, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Turkey and CV injury investigations of steel nails from India, Oman, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Turkey

Solar cells – net subsidy rates of 15.71 to 18.49 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019, and intent to rescind this review with respect to 48 companies

Xanthan gum – determination that one collapsed entity is eligible for a separate rate (zero percent) in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on xanthan gum from China for the period July 1, 2017, through June 30, 2018
