Flooring – net subsidy rates of 5.12 to 23.65 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on multilayered wood flooring from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021, and rescission of review with respect to 70 companies
PET film – dumping margin of zero in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip from Taiwan for the period July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022
Pressure washers – final affirmative dumping determination on gas-powered pressure washers from China, with dumping margins of 189.52 and 274.37 percent, and final affirmative critical circumstances determination in part
Steel plate – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on stainless steel plate in coils from Taiwan for the period May 1, 2022, through April 30, 2023, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of subject goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Tubular goods – (1) dumping margin of 4.89 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on oil country tubular goods from Ukraine for the period July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022, and (2) dumping margins of 6.74 and 9.63 percent in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on such goods from Korea for the period Sept. 1, 2019, through Aug. 31, 2020
