Flanges – dumping margins of 0.89 to 3.6 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on finished carbon steel flanges from India for the period Aug. 1, 2022, through July 31, 2023
Line pipe – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on welded large-diameter line pipe from Japan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 30.8 percent
Polymers – dumping margin of 26.05 percent in amended AD duty order on superabsorbent polymers from Korea
Solar cells – (1) dumping margins of 60.02 and 71.85 percent in amended preliminary affirmative dumping determination on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from Vietnam, and (2) dumping margins of zero to 81.24 percent in amended preliminary affirmative dumping determination on such cells from Malaysia
Wine bottles – (1) final affirmative dumping determinations on glass wine bottles from China and Mexico, (2) dumping margins of 29.31 to 218.15 percent for China and 13.95 to 96.95 percent for Mexico, (3) final negative critical circumstances determination for Mexico, and (4) final affirmative critical circumstances determination, in part, for China
