The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Erythritol – preliminary affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on erythritol from China

Glycine – continuation of AD duty orders on glycine from China, India, Japan, and Thailand, effective Nov. 29, 2024

Lemon juice – amendment to agreement suspending AD duty investigation of lemon juice from Argentina to revise reference prices and provide for enhanced monitoring and enforcement mechanisms

Paper plates – (1) final affirmative AD duty determinations on paper plates from China, Thailand, and Vietnam, (2) dumping margins of 267.63 to 515.4 percent for China, 5.57 to 73.17 percent for Thailand, and 30.42 to 165.27 percent for Vietnam, (3) final affirmative CV duty determinations on paper plates from China and Vietnam, (4) net subsidy rates of 4.47 to 295.08 percent for China and 5.53 to 225.9 percent for Vietnam, and (5) final affirmative critical circumstances determinations in part with respect to all countries

Slag pots – initiation of AD and CV duty investigations of slag pots from China
