The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Disposable containers – (1) preliminary affirmative dumping determination on disposable aluminum containers, pans, trays, and lids from China, (2) new AD cash deposit requirement at rates of 193.9 and 287.8 percent, and (3) preliminary affirmative critical circumstances determination

PET film – net subsidy rates of 4.96 and 122.75 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip from India for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022

Scope rulings – applications filed in November 2024 for rulings on the scope of the following AD/CV duty orders

- aluminum extrusions from China

- wood moldings and millwork products from China

Silicomanganese – dumping margin of 1.71 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on silicomanganese from India for the period May 1, 2022, through April 30, 2023

Wine bottles – termination of dumping investigation of glass wine bottles from Chile based on withdrawal of petition
