The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Citric acid – dumping margin of 9.13 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on citric acid and citrate salts from Belgium for the period July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022

Glycine – net subsidy rate of 7.24 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on glycine from India for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021

New reviews – initiation of administrative reviews of the following AD/CV duty orders for the periods Nov. 1, 2022, through Oct. 31, 2023 (AD) or Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022 (CV), unless otherwise noted

- aluminum foil from Brazil (AD), Oman (AD/CV), and Turkey (AD/CV)

- chlorinated isocyanurates from China (CV)

- circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Korea (AD)

- diamond sawblades and parts thereof from China (AD)

- fresh garlic from China (AD)

- forged steel fittings from China (AD/CV)

- lightweight thermal paper from China (AD)

- narrow woven ribbons with woven selvedge from Taiwan (AD; Sept. 1, 2022, through Aug. 31, 2023)

- oil country tubular goods from Argentina and Mexico (AD; May 11, 2022, through Oct. 31, 2023) and Korea (CV; Sept. 29 through Dec. 31, 2022)

- steel concrete reinforcing bar from Mexico (AD) and Turkey (CV)

- strontium chromate from Austria (AD)

- thermal paper from Germany, Japan, and Korea (AD)

- welded stainless pressure pipe from India (AD/CV)

Sunset reviews – initiation of sunset reviews of the following AD/CV duty orders, which will result in either the revocation or continuation of these orders

- common alloy aluminum sheet from China (AD/CV)

- rubber bands from China (AD/CV) and Thailand (AD)

- truck and bus tires from China (AD/CV)

Wood flooring – dumping margin of zero in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on multilayered wood flooring from China for the period Dec. 1, 2021, through Nov. 30, 2022
