The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Activated carbon – dumping margins of $1.10/kg to $1.90/kg in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on activated carbon from China for the period April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023

Cast iron pipe – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on non-malleable cast iron pipe fittings from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time

Ceramic tile – rescission of administrative review of CV duty order on ceramic tile from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023, and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on entries of subject goods at the applicable cash deposit rates

Magnets – sunset review determination that revocation of AD/CV duty orders on raw flexible magnets from China and Taiwan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time

Rebar – continuation of AD duty orders on steel concrete reinforcing bars from Belarus, China, Indonesia, Latvia, Moldova, Poland, and Ukraine, effective Dec. 13
