The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Barium chloride – termination of AD injury investigation of barium chloride from India following negative dumping determination
Isocyanurates – dumping margins of 60.73 and 83.27 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on chlorinated isocyanurates from China for the period June 1, 2020, through May 31, 2021
Mushrooms – final affirmative AD injury determination on preserved mushrooms from France
Pipe and tube – dumping margin of 12.8 percent in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on circular welded carbon steel standard pipe and tube products from Turkey for the period May 1, 2020, through April 30, 2021
Steel plate – sunset review determinations that (1) revocation of AD duty orders on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from Austria, Belgium, China, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time (meaning these orders will be continued), and (2) revocation of AD duty order on such goods from Brazil would not be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time (meaning this order will be revoked)
