The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Barium chloride – institution and scheduling of AD/CV injury investigations of barium chloride from India, with video conference scheduled for Feb. 2 and written briefs due by Feb. 1
Honey – preliminary determination in AD investigation that critical circumstances exist regarding all imports of raw honey from Vietnam
Scope rulings – requests filed to conduct scope inquiries with respect to the following AD/CV duty orders
- artist canvas from China
- wood moldings and millwork products from China
- wooden bedroom furniture from China
- wooden cabinets and vanities and components thereof from China
Uncoated paper – final determination that Sylvamo do Brasil Ltda. is the successor-in-interest to International Paper do Brasil Ltda. and that Sylvamo Exports Ltda. is the successor-in-interest to International Paper Exportadora Ltda. and should therefore be assigned the same AD cash deposit rate (currently 20.8 percent) for purposes of determining liability under the AD duty order on uncoated paper from Brazil
Wind towers – revocation of CV duty order on utility-scale wind towers from Indonesia, effective Jan. 7, 2022
