The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Aluminum sheet – (1) dumping margin of 56.93 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on common alloy aluminum sheet from China for the period June 22, 2018, through Jan. 31, 2020, and (2) final determination that Jiangsu Alcha Aluminum Group Co. Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Jiangsu Alcha Aluminum Co. Ltd. for purposes of this order

Carbon – dumping margins of $0.31/kg to $1.13/kg in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on activated carbon from China for the period April 1, 2019, through March 31, 2020

Mechanical tubing – reinstatement of AD duty order on cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel from India with respect to one exporter and amended dumping margin of 33.8 percent for that exporter

New reviews – initiation of administrative reviews of the following AD and/or CV duty orders for the periods Nov. 1, 2020, through Oct. 31, 2021 (AD), or Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2020 (CV)

- chlorinated isocyanurates from China (CV)

- circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Korea (AD)

- diamond sawblades and parts thereof from China (AD)

- forged steel fittings from China (AD/CV)

- fresh garlic from China (AD)

- monosodium glutamate from Indonesia (AD)

- polyethylene terephthalate film from China (AD)

- seamless refined copper pipe and tube from Mexico (AD)

- stainless steel flanges from India (CV)

- steel concrete reinforcing bar from Mexico (AD) and Turkey (CV)

- strontium chromate from Austria and France (AD)

- welded stainless pressure pipe from India (AD)

Olives – dumping margins of 2.78 to 4.51 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on ripe olives from Spain for the period Aug. 1, 2019, through July 31, 2020
