The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Abrasive grains – preliminary affirmative AD/CV injury determinations on sol gel alumina-based ceramic abrasive grains from China

Chassis – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on chassis and subassemblies thereof from China for the period July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates

Fish fillets – revocation of AD duty order on frozen fish fillets from Vietnam with respect to such goods produced and exported Vinh Hoan Corporation, effective Aug. 1, 2021

Lumber – all others rate of 6.04 percent in corrected notice of final results of 2019 and 2020 administrative reviews of AD duty order on softwood lumber products from Canada

Ribbons – dumping margin of 137.2 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on narrow woven ribbons with woven selvedge from Taiwan for the period Sept. 1, 2022, through Aug. 31, 2023
