Integrated circuits – in investigation 337-TA-1148 of integrated circuits and products containing same, June 25 deadline for public comments on public issues (e.g., how the goods are used in the U.S., directly competitive goods made in the U.S., effect on consumers) raised by recommendation to issue a limited exclusion order for some respondents and cease and desist orders for all respondents if a violation is found
Pliers – initial determination of patent and trademark infringement in investigation 337-TA-1169 of fish-handling pliers and packaging thereof and June 10 deadline for public comments on the form of remedy that should be ordered, the effects of any such remedy on the public interest, and the amount of the bond under which infringing goods could continue to enter the U.S. during the 60-day period the president has to review any ITC-ordered remedy
Roofing products – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1202 of synthetic roofing underlayment products and components thereof (complainant Kirsch Research and Development LLC; respondents located in the U.S.)
Vinyl tile – in investigation 337-TA-1155 of luxury vinyl tile and components thereof, June 15 deadline for comments on public interest issues (e.g., how the goods are used in the U.S., directly competitive goods made in the U.S., effect on consumers) raised by recommendation to issue a general exclusion order and cease and desist orders if a violation is found
