Food processors – in investigation 337-TA-1161, issuance of general exclusion order prohibiting the unlicensed entry of food processing equipment and packaging materials thereof that are falsely advertised through the unlicensed use of one or more certification marks

Food trays – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1203 of rolled-edge rigid plastic food trays (complainants Clearly Clean Products LLC and Converter Manufacturing LLC; respondents located in China and the U.S.)

Massagers – new IPR infringement complaint filed on percussive massage devices (complainant Hyper Ice Inc.; proposed respondents located in Hong Kong, China, and the U.S.)

Mobile devices – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1170 of mobile devices with multifunction emulators with respect to numerous patent claims withdrawn by complainant Dynamics Inc.
