Filament LEDs – termination without imposition of import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1172 of filament light-emitting diodes and products containing same due to withdrawal of complaint
Food trays – new IPR infringement complaint on rolled-edge rigid plastic food trays and May 29 deadline for comments on whether issuance of a limited exclusion order and cease and desist order would affect public health and welfare in the U.S., competitive conditions in the U.S. economy, the production of like or directly competitive articles in the U.S., or U.S. consumers
Milk oligosaccharides – in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1120 of human milk oligosaccharides and methods of producing the same, issuance of a limited exclusion order prohibiting the importation of infringing goods by one respondent
Portable furniture – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1178 of collapsible and portable furniture with respect to six patent claims withdrawn by complainant
